1. What is the structure’s endurance in wind and snow?
Ans.: Our systems are the only ones that have a static report and withstand approx. 7,87 inches of snow and approx. 5,51psi wind charge, without the use of supportive poles.
2. What is the durability of the net?
Ans.: The net is of excellent quality, produced under special, strict specifications with complete anti – thermal protection up to 91% shading factor and up to 98% UVA – UVB protection. The high density of the polyethylenic net material provides a 10 years full written warranty.
3. What is the delivery time of the structure?
Ans.: We have an immediate delivery of the systems. The site installation can exceed 330 feet per installation crew of four.
4. Is the structure transferable after its installation?
Ans.: Pro Shade systems are characterized by their easy assembling – disassembling and transferring in case of layout or location change.
5. Can I install/assemble the shade system by myself?
Ans.: Yes, you can install. Assemble the construction, following our directions and keeping our specifications the construction will be covered by the Pro Shade International warranty.
6. Is the structure adjustable in any length?
Ans.: Our systems are characterized for their adaptability to various lengths' according to your demands.
7. What shading and UV protection provides the net?
Ans.: The high density polyethylenic net material provides protection from sun, hail and extreme weather conditions. It does not fade from the sun rays and offers complete anti-thermal protection with up to 91% shading factor and up to 98% UVA-UVB protection.
8. Does the installation procedure affect the function of the working areas?
Ans.: The installation procedure does not affect at all the function of the working areas.
9. Can someone place the structure by him/herself?
Ans.: It is possible for someone to place the structure by him/herself.
10. Are there different net colors?
Ans.: There is a choice possibility among four (4) colors (Blue, Green, Silver, Beige).
11. Is it possible to use waterproof material?
Ans.: It is possible, however, the waterproof material has to be placed by the customer. In addition, the static report regarding the speed of the wind is not applicable.
12. Why do you recommend the net instead of the waterproof material?
Ans.: We suggest the use of the polyethylenic net for the following reasons: - The Greenhouse effect is avoided, resulting in a temperature difference of 41F to 47F underneath the structure
- The structure’s resistance to high winds is increased significantly
- The system is more durable in time
13. Does the structure show elasticity in the high wind?
Ans.: Pro Shade systems have beam fasteners from alloyed aluminum castings that provide great elasticity for the whole structure.
14. Is there a possibility to place the structure in tunnel form?
Ans.: Our systems are placed in tunnel form for multiple uses; for instance, in customs areas for vehicle protection, in washing bays, car – shops, etc.
15. Is it possible to place a whole piece net on back to back structures in order to enable the comfortable passage of the vehicles under the structure without being blocked by the net?
Ans.: Our structure is characterized for its adaptability to the customer’s demands. Specifically, our systems have been used in parking lot and customs areas, for vehicle protection, where a solid piece of net is attached to the opposite structures, without any gap or additions that may ruin the structure’s appearance.
16. Does the structure provide earthquake protection?
Ans.: Our systems have been assessed towards the worst seismic actions showing the most satisfactory results.
17. What guarantees the rigidness of the metal in time?
Ans.: Our systems are warm galvanized offering incomparable resistance to the elements. |
